Founded in 1998 by David J. Chernicky,
New Dominion, LLC is a growing, independent exploration and production company that efficiently and economically harvests clean natural gas and natural gas liquids from over 400 wells in the great state of Oklahoma.
Operations
New Dominion employs industry best practices in drilling and completion designs to develop large scale conventional and unconventional resource plays. We maximize operational efficiency while we minimize our footprint through the use of centralized production units, multiuse right-of-ways, and company owned water gathering and disposal systems.
New Dominion and its affiliates are actively engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and development of hydrocarbons in the Cherokee Platform. In addition to our legacy assets, we have recently expanded our acreage to include production in the Arkoma, Anadarko, and Delaware Basins.

New Dominion increases energy reserves and production in a safe, environmentally responsible manner. We assist ranchers and local communities by providing access to our extensive fresh water and electrical distribution systems.
