
President & CEO
Easley joined New Dominion in June of 2011. He previously served for eight years as the President and CEO of the Grand River Dam Authority, during which time he successfully turned the GRDA’s credit rating from a near junk-bond status of BBB- to an AA rating.
Easley served almost 20 years in the Oklahoma Legislature where he was largely responsible for creating legislation that ensured business development opportunities and optimum energy levels for consumers and businesses. During his time as an Oklahoma senator, Easley was employed as the Hydrocarbon Marketing and Distribution Manager for Samson Energy.
Easley is a graduate of the University of Tulsa where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting. Later, he earned his Master of Business Administration degree, with honors at Oklahoma Christian University.

Chief Financial Officer
New Dominion welcomed Susan Keary to oversee various special projects for the company in February of 2011, promoting her to Chief Financial Officer in July 2012.
Susan’s experience in all aspects of oil & gas accounting, finance, and administration spans a career of over forty years in the industry with companies including Samson Resources, Hawkins Oil and Gas, and Rockford Energy Partners. Susan is a 1981 graduate of Oklahoma State University.

Fred Buxton is in charge of special projects.
Before joining the company in 2006, he worked at Hall Estill for nearly two decades. At this distinguished law firm, located in Tulsa, he specialized in oil and gas litigation.
Buxton graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Economics. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Tulsa. He is a member of the Bar of the State of Oklahoma, the Tenth and Third Circuit Courts of Appeals, the United States Court of Claims and the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma.

Vice President of Land
Alex Robinson began his career in the energy space in 2006, when he began work as an engineering tech with New Dominion, LLC in Tulsa, OK. Shortly thereafter, he enrolled at the University of Tulsa as a member of the inaugural class of its Energy Management program.
Upon graduating with his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration – Energy Management, he accepted a landman role at Chesapeake Energy, LLC, allowing him to gain valuable experience in a number of basins across the L48, including the Utica, Arkoma/Anadarko, and Eagle Ford.
After his tenure at Chesapeake, Alex began working in the brokerage side of land, focusing on detailed title work and assisting clients with acquisitions and divestitures of all sizes.
New Dominion welcomed Alex back in May of 2026 as its Vice President of Land.
A former board member of the Tulsa Association of Petroleum Landmen, he remains active in the organization, while also maintaining his Certified Professional Landman designation with the American Association of Professional Landmen.

Manager of Infrastructure and Special Projects
Jerry Breaux joined New Dominion in January of 2000. He is responsible for infrastructure development, surface leasing, and right-of way in support of New Dominion’s drilling program. He worked previously as a drafter, off-shore drilling logger, surveyor, and supervisor at companies such as Transok, Shell Midstream, and Seismograph Corp. Jerry received his degree in Industrial Technology in 1982, and has background education in Civil Engineering.
